Media Literacy and critical media consumption are essential to our democracy. As a Journalism and media professor, I aim to help create critical media consumers and root out misinformation. I will strive to help folks learn how to spot misinformation and how to live in a media climate based on misinformation while remaining in reality. I will also sprinkle in some stories of love and light, of the small things we must focus on to stay grounded. I hope you will join me on this journey.
